And She's Off

 

Lydi has really started walking! She's had great balance for a while and recently has taken a few steps.  However, this week she became a full fledged walker.

Karaoke Night

Our ward activity on Saturday was a Karaoke party.  Robbie and Brian did a little number.  Robbie loves the song "We're Not Gonna Take It" by Twisted Sister. The ward was so good about cheering him on. He even had some groupies at the stage.

L.A. Kings Parade

The L.A. Kings were the Stanley Cup champions this year.  Since they play at the Staples Center, they had a championship parade downtown this last Thursday.  Brian's office window faces the street they were going down and he was able to snap a few pics with his phone as they were going by.

Coming Along

 This week we got our flooring, garage door, and front landscaping.

 

The house should be completed in exactly a week!  Can't wait for our final walk through!

Together Again

We had everyone over for some slip 'n slide time this week. It was so fun to see all the kids together again...and talk with the mom's too, of course.

Sweet and Silly

She loves to cuddle, give hugs, snuggle with anyone of us or her dolls. She's learned to say "bye-bye" and wave backwards to herself. 

At the end of a meal she does one of two things.  Either she throws all of the remaining food on the floor, or starts playing with her food and giggling about it. She likes to take her bowl and dump it on her head and run her sticky fingers through her hair. This particular day she took the remaining strawberries and placed it on different parts of her face to see where it would stick.  Robbie thinks its so funny when she does this, which encourages her to be more creative.

She's so funny!  We love our Lydi girl!

Last Game of the Season

 

Robbie did great at his last game of soccer for the season.  He was so happy to get a trophy at the end.
