Someone's in the Kitchen

Lydi really wanted to help make bread with me last week. So she put on an apron and pulled over the step stool.

When I take the lid off the Bosch, she's really good at sniffing the air and telling me, "Mmmm, num num!" Love my little helper!

Basketball

Robbie started his basketball clinic this week.  They meet twice a week.  The first 3 weeks are practice and the last 3 weeks he plays all games. His team chose the name "The Green Lanterns". Robbie is #23.

Park Day

 We went to the park as a family one day this week.  It was a fun and relaxing time.  This park had a duck pond.  Lydi loves dogs and ducks right now.  She kept saying, "Duck duck!"

 Robbie and Daddy got to fly the new helicopter.

Then we played at the playground.

Talked in the microphone.  Lydi was so amazed that Robbie's voice would come out of it.

Transformation

My Clark Kent became Superman this week.

Brian  has wanted Lasik for a long time now.  He finally got to do it this week.

Before- on the way to the doctor's office

vision 20/200 with out glasses, 20/20+ with glasses

After I picked him up.  He had to wear the clear shields for 24 hours and sunglasses outside.

24 hours later- he's feeling great and can finally wear regular sunglasses again!

Breakfast

Lydi helped me with breakfast one day this week.  

 

It was her first time setting the table. Most things got in the right place.

And then she watched the muffins carefully.

Robbie loves to be the horse.  And Lydi loves to be the rider.
